Eliza has always been an active individual, growing up she played soccer and competed in cross country running events. This developed into a love for running but also new interests in movement and health optimisation for the body including teaching and practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. When her time isn’t filled with these activities she will be surfing, cycling, swimming, climbing, cooking, or chasing new mountain peaks.
