Kate started out as an exercise physiologist with a keen interest in biomechanics and movement. With a thirst for knowledge, she decided to further her musculoskeletal knowledge and became a chiropractor. She believes correct movement leads to a better pain free life and improvements in performance. Whether you’d like to be able to touch your toes, be able to put your shoes on or would like to finesse a sporting performance, Kate enjoys seeing the improvements you gain from the use of manual therapy, education and exercise rehabilitation.
Outside of work Kate enjoys spending time with her horses competing in the sport of dressage, and training in the gym. Kate believes that everyone should be able to keep active and pain-free in an enjoyable activity for them.
