Medical / Allied Health Receptionist - Full Time

Medical / Allied Health Receptionist - Full Time

Be part of a team moving communities toward health optimisation

At Movement Therapy, we’re building something bigger than a clinic — and our admin team is at the centre of it.

We’re a transdisciplinary allied health team bringing Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy and Exercise Physiology together under one roof. We exist to shift healthcare toward prevention, collaboration, and meaningful long-term outcomes.

But exceptional care starts at the front desk.

Our admin team are the first connection, the steady presence in busy moments, and the people who shape every client’s experience. They hold the systems together, support our practitioners, and ensure every person who walks through our doors feels confident and cared for.

As our Wollongong clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for a full-time team member to join our administrative team.

Who You Are

You genuinely love working with people. You communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence. You stay calm under pressure and think clearly when things get busy.

You’ll thrive with us if you:

  • Bring a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Are confident multitasking in a fast-moving environment
  • Keep a cool head when the clinic is full, the phone is ringing, and priorities are shifting
  • Communicate with empathy — in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Have strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Are confident and capable with computer systems and technology
  • Present with professionalism and genuine friendliness
  • Feel energised by purpose-driven, values-led work
  • Want to grow, learn, and contribute within a self-governed, flat-structured team

Experience in allied health or medical administration is helpful, but not essential. We hire for attitude, alignment, adaptability — and the ability to handle responsibility with maturity and composure.
