Musculosketal Pain, Sports Injuries, Movement Patterns, Gym/Crossfit, High Performance

What's your why?

I always played sport which led me to training in the gym and I loved the way it felt both physically and mentally. Being able to do the same for people who have never had the experience or confidence to train in the gym, seeing how it improves their daily lives, pain and functional capacity is really rewarding.

What's your guilty pleasure when you have free time?

Peanut butter sandwiches and a litre of milk
