My mum used to be a chiropractor and I think that it had an impression on me from a young age. It definitely sparked an interest for me in the ‘why’ behind the workings of the body. Why we get hurt, why we feel pain and what we can do to fix these things. I also love exercise. Strength training, cardio - anything, and I want myself and all other people to be able to do so, pain free, for the rest of our lives. There’s a lot more that people can do to take control of their own health then what they might realise. Becoming an Exercise Physiologist has allowed me to gain a lot of valuable knowledge to be able to help as many people as possible on their health and fitness journeys.
