Musculosketal Pain, Sports Injuries, Movement Patterns

What's your why?

I decided to become a physio after needing one for a hamstring injury when I was 13. I had always been interested in movement, health and wellness, and I remember thinking my physio was so clever and I wanted to know what he knew about the body, how it worked and how to fix it. I've always liked talking to and meeting new people, and I've always had a fascination with injuries and never shied away from watching someone's injury video. So, after I visited a physio and realised there was a profession that encompassed all of those things, it made sense for me to pursue physiotherapy as a career.

What's your guilty pleasure when you have free time?

Not that I really feel guilty about it - but I love spending time in the sun. I love laying out at the beach or just sitting in the sun to have lunch.

If you were marooned on a tropical island, which two staff members would you want with you and why?
